![]() So if you're serious about it, bring it out front and center and show it off. Yet I don't want to move only to find out in January that Passwords is going away. I suspect there is some underlying code or structure from the past that's difficult to break free of, similar to issues Windows had getting to 64 bit processing that requires a rewrite from the ground up to deal with the recent changes in browser security. ![]() They may figure out the issues they have soon enough. The single thing that prevents me from disconnecting from roboform is that I'm not worried that they're going to disappear. There are a few things that need to be done to take it from very good to great, but the foundation - it works - is there. There's no passwords thread that I can find. My main concern however is - is it going to be a product that gets attention and development? Or was it a fluke that will soon die? I have no idea. I've already imported my passwords from roboform and I'm considering taking the money that I save from dropbox and using it to upgrade dropbox. I can get to 3rd party integrations more easily than your own password manager which is more reliable than roboform! ![]() Click on help center and it's not even in the submenus when you hover on anything. If you go to the community, there isn't a category for it. If you load the main site, it's nowhere to be found. I think I was just poking around the site. I don't even remember how I stumbled across it. There are a number of sites that roboform doesn't even "see" and it sees them fine. And guess what? It just works! I don't have ANY of those problems. Then I stumbled across Dropbox passwords. I just joined this forum because I was having a problem with CloneDVD. I KNOW I need to clean them up, but I don't have time, it continues to get worse, which means I would have to set even more time aside. RoboForm 7 Every since updating to Roboform 7, CloneDVD mobile has either crashed. I now have multiple identical items to choose from. OR Sites with multiple logins like my Amazon, amazon S3, Amazon Business, etc which all have separate logins, all get listed and named the same thing without anything at all to differentiate them. Do I wish to save this password? Sure although I know you won't display it next time. I see 7 different logins for the same page, unsure of which it actually is. I open roboform and scroll through the list. Sites come up, it doesn't even activate the password manager. But somehow they've become less and less reliable every year. ![]() I would like to clean up the error and warning messages but I am not sure how to debug in WINE.1.) Stop hiding PASSWORDS! I've used and paid for Roboform since about a year after they began. If anyone is interested in the terminal messages from the install I can post it in another topic. The Roboform browser extensions require their own login as they do not interact with Roboform running in WINE. This helps to make using Roboform on Linux better than just the terrible browser extensions. Double clicking bookmarks in the Editor launches in a default browser tab. Right click the panel icon to get the regular Roboform menu. It sync'd with the Roboform servers and put an icon on the panel. Reporting and audit The RoboForm security suite features a range of tools to help you protect your business, including centralized security policies, admin-enabled notifications, dark web. There were lots of FIXME and other messages and popup error windows but the normal Roboform install popups occurred and ran through to completion. RoboForm provides a comprehensive range of support tools for your company to assist with the management of RoboForm accounts under your company membership. Installed WINE and downloaded the RoboForm-v8-Setup.exe and ran 'wine RoboForm-v8-Setup.exe' in a terminal window. So it may be crazy but I tried installing Roboform v8 on WINE and here are the results: Roboform on Windows is great but the browser extensions for Linux are terrible but do work. Until I decide on a password manager for Linux (to port to) it helps to continue to use Roboform. I did a recent move from Windows 7 to Linux Mint and used Roboform for password management for several years.
